We want you to love what you ordered.

If something is not right, we will make it right. Here is how returns and exchanges work at iLiKE.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, email hello@ilike.fashion with your order number and reason. We will send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We will exchange your item for any available size at no extra cost. Same 30-day window. Same condition requirement.

Email hello@ilike.fashion with your order number and the size you need. We will confirm availability and send exchange instructions within 1 business day.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This will always be clearly noted at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email hello@ilike.fashion with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or full refund immediately, no questions asked.
