Refund policy

All purchases are presale orders from our first small-batch production run. Your payment method is authorized at checkout but not charged until production is confirmed and ship dates are set. If you cancel before your order enters production, you'll receive a full refund with no charge ever applied. Once production has started, cancellations are handled case-by-case — contact us and we'll work it out. After delivery, unworn items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of arrival for a refund or exchange; the customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
